Shipping policy

PokeStacheTCG is based out of Alberta, Canada

Customers must reside in Canada with valid shipping address and accurate personal information. No International shipping. Orders returned to sender due to improper shipping and/or contact information, or due to not picking up packages waiting at courier services are the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and cover additional shipping charges to resend orders. 

Shipments are sent on a weekly basis. All orders that have shipping paid for will be arranged and sent with tracking on the next weekly shipment processing day. Monday or Tuesday are the primary shipping days for processed orders.
