Hold Orders & Combined Shipping

All Hold Orders are held until shipping has been paid. Shipping cost is responsibility of the customer and is offered at a flat rate anywhere in Canada. Multiple orders from the same customer will automatically be combined. To pay for shipping, change the shipping method at checkout from 'HOLD' to 'Standard' 

HOLD orders will be retained for up to 90 days, as storage space is limited.

Disclaimers & Policies

PokeStacheTCG is based out of Alberta, Canada

Customers must reside in Canada with valid shipping address and accurate personal information. No International shipping. Orders returned to sender due to improper shipping and/or contact information, or due to not picking up packages waiting at courier services are the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and cover additional shipping charges to resend orders. 

Shipments are sent on a weekly basis. All orders that have shipping paid for will be arranged and sent with tracking on the next weekly shipment processing day. Monday or Tuesday are the primary shipping days for processed orders. Orders over $100 value may require signature from the customer via the selected courier service.

Return and Refund

PokeStacheTCG may issue refunds on a case by case basis. All sales final.
